We are also seeking a Customer Service Receptionist. The Customer Service Receptionist position is for an out-going individual with impressive communication and customer service skills to serve as a part-time customer service receptionist.
This is a non-benefited hourly wage position with a maximum of 29 hours per week. This position serves as the first point of contact and works with students, faculty, and visitors of New College Institute. The Customer Service Receptionist performs administrative duties including answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, fielding student inquiries, operating classroom technology, providing general administrative support, and completing other projects as assigned. This position is also responsible for serving as a proctor for the testing center in our King building. This job duty requires the ability to successfully complete an assessment annually for certification.
