New College Institute collaborated with the Southern Virginia Higher Education Center (SVHEC) and Averett University to connect technical trainers to a unique professional development opportunity, Instructional Dynamics for Technical Trainers. This program was developed in recognition of a shortage of technical trainers in Southern Virginia and to fill a need for instructors at New College Institute (NCI) in Martinsville and Southern Virginia Higher Education Center (SVHEC) in South Boston.
